1. Services Overview

CraftyGraphix offers creative design services including, but not limited to:

Our goal is to provide visually compelling designs that align with your brand’s vision and business objectives.

2. Project Process & Communication

All design projects begin once clear project details, objectives, and references (if any) are provided. Communication will primarily take place through email or other digital platforms agreed upon by both parties.

Regular updates will be shared during the design process to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments must be made in full or partially (as agreed) before the project begins.

• Once the design process has started, payments are non-refundable, except in cases where work has not yet commenced.

• Any additional work requested outside the original project scope will incur extra charges.

4. Revisions & Delivery

• Each package includes a fixed number of revisions, which will be specified at the time of project agreement.

• Additional revisions beyond the included limit may result in extra costs.

• Final deliverables will be provided in standard digital formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• All design concepts remain the property of CraftyGraphix until full payment is received.

• After full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client for commercial use.

• CraftyGraphix reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, brand guidelines, and feedback promptly to avoid project delays. Any delay in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.

7. Confidentiality

All shared project information, brand assets, and communication are kept strictly confidential. CraftyGraphix does not disclose client details to any third party without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure high-quality design and service, CraftyGraphix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of designs or website materials.
